My Services
I can support young adults (15+) and adults throughout Canada (excluding Quebec). I focus on aspects of your life that might include the following:
Identity and Expression (gender identity, sexual orientation, transition, etc.,)
Depression and anxiety
Trauma (religious, systemic oppression, and more)
Communication (boundaries, consent)
Relationship Challenges (ethical non-monogamy friendly)
Online Individual Session
$175
I offer individual online therapy sessions to clients across Turtle Island (Canada), with the exception of Quebec. My aim is to make therapy flexible and accessible—support you can receive from the comfort of your own home.
Whether you have a busy schedule, live in a rural area, need accessible options, or simply prefer the convenience of joining from home, an office, or even outdoors, virtual therapy can meet your needs.
I have limited sliding scale options, so please reach out if you require financial flexibility.
Sessions are held through a secure, encrypted platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space to connect.
Nature Therapy
$175
Outdoor therapy, also known as walk-and-talk therapy or nature-based therapy, offers a unique alternative to traditional office sessions. These sessions take place in natural settings—such as parks, trails, or quiet green spaces—where movement, fresh air, and connection to the environment can support emotional and mental well-being.
Engaging in therapy outdoors can help ease anxiety, reduce stress, and foster a sense of openness and grounding. Walking side by side, rather than sitting face to face, can also create a more relaxed atmosphere, making it easier for some clients to process their thoughts and emotions.
Sessions are paced to meet your comfort level and accessibility needs. Whether we're walking, sitting, or a combination of both, the focus remains on your goals and therapeutic process.
All new clients must start with at least one in-office or virtual session before beginning Walk-and-Talk Therapy. This is an important safety step where we can meet, complete a brief health screening, and take care of any necessary paperwork. In your next session, we’ll meet at the trail and begin our walk! Feel free to bring a stroller or a pet along.
Please note that there are limitations to privacy with this option as we are in an outdoor space and privacy cannot be guaranteed.
